- Five Christmas light tree poles (10 ft) between Fellowship Hall windows This job requires patience — many lights must be unwound and staked properly.
- Net lights on front bushes (Cross Wall)
- White Nativity on front lawn
- Run cables for tree lights & timer
- Garland on FH Ramp & Front Auditorium Ramp

Orderly Fashion Plan
Please follow these steps in order. This process keeps our teams safe, prevents bottlenecks, and helps the heavy lifting crew complete their tasks efficiently.
- Everyone: Donuts & Coffee with Sign-Up for Teams before Welcome @ 9 AM
- Everyone: Unload trailer into Fellowship Hall & organize by type
- Heavy Lifters: Move piano off stage
- Heavy Lifters: Place baptistry cover
- Heavy Lifters: Move Welcome Desk from Lobby to front center of Fellowship Hall
- Teams: Team Leaders and their groups move their items to their assigned areas
- Everyone: Clean up & put unused items back in trailer or garbage (Team Leaders decide)
- Everyone: Move trailer back in place
Please do not rush these steps.
We want to work in a smooth, safe, and organized way. For example, when unloading the trailer, all items should be placed in a central staging area. This ensures our heavy lifters can safely move the three large items (piano, baptistry cover, and welcome desk) without obstacles or foot traffic.
Heavy lifting will NOT begin until the trailer is fully unloaded. Many items inside are heavy, and this order keeps everyone safe.
Tip: Always ask your Group Leader where they want things to go and how they should look. That’s why they are the Group Leader!
