January 19, 2019 proved to be an exciting and energy packed day for the Women’s Ministry at Capri Christian Church. Tammy Trent, the featured guest speaker, also a professional Christian recording artist, song writer, author and a former speaker of the Women of Faithtour…blessed our ladies.

She brought to the stage a contagious energy and joy for God accompanied by her amazing voice the Lord gifted her with. She not only rocked our church with her vocals but also with the beauty of her testimony and her deep love for Jesus who comforted her and strengthened her while coping with being a young widow.

Tammy’s testimony was filled with truths about her walk with the Lord as she opened up and shared her heart about loss, healing and hope giving God all the Glory. Tammy has a unique way of connecting to the audience, making women feel as though she is speaking one on one with them. Within the first 5 minutes of hearing her, you already felt a sisterhood with her.

Those that came said they left feeling uplifted and blessed by hertransparency to share her personal life and to be so “real” about the tragedy thattook her husbands life. Her story and her music was inspiring and touched us all.
